Sonus faber

Where Italian craftsmanship meets acoustic art.

Sonus faber — Latin for "handcrafted sound" — has been building loudspeakers in the Veneto region of Italy since 1983. Founded by Franco Serblin with the belief that a loudspeaker should be as beautiful to look at as it is to listen to, Sonus faber marries the traditions of Italian luthiery and fine woodworking with serious acoustic engineering.

Every Sonus faber speaker is shaped by hand, finished in real wood or leather, and voiced with an organic warmth and musical sophistication that is immediately recognizable. The cabinets are works of furniture art. The sound is rich, detailed, and deeply engaging — never clinical, always musical.

From the accessible Lumina series through the flagship Homage collection, Sonus faber offers a range of speakers that bring Italian elegance and genuine musicality to any system and any room.

AudioConcepts carries Sonus faber speakers from the Lumina series through the Homage Amati — for both stereo and home theater applications. Their combination of visual beauty and musical warmth makes them a natural fit for living spaces where the system needs to look as good as it sounds. Come hear them paired with McIntosh, Audio Research, or any of the other fine amplification brands we carry.
