Audio Research S-200 Power Amplifier

The S-200 is Audio Research's current flagship solid state stereo amplifier, a Class A/B, dual-mono design using bipolar transistors rather than MOSFETs for what Audio Research describes as greater purity, transparency, and dynamics.

It uses dual toroidal transformers and fully balanced circuits in a machined aluminum chassis with concealed fasteners, built at the same Minnesota facility as Audio Research's tube amplifiers.
