Boulder 861 Stereo Power Amplifier

The 861 is the newest expansion of Boulder's 800 Series, sized for smaller rooms or more efficient speakers and sharing the 812's compact footprint.

It is rated at 50W continuous but engineered to deliver up to 75W peak at 8 ohms and 200W peak at 2 ohms through protection circuitry that allows higher current delivery without damage risk.

Its circuit boards and metalwork are produced, assembled, and tested in-house at Boulder's Colorado facility.
