dCS MCD 16

Sale price$0.00

dCS describes the MCD 16 as its first entry into multichannel and immersive audio, built from eight individual Ring DAC circuits, the same architecture used across its stereo products, applied across sixteen independent channels.

dCS designed it for natural rendering across the full dynamic range, from quiet dialogue and passages up through how loud sounds decay, rather than optimizing only for playback at low volume.

Eight Ring DAC circuits with discrete Class A output stages per channel. Rack or shelf mount.

Relevant to a serious multichannel or theatre build rather than the two channel rooms. Shipping autumn 2026. Pricing has not been announced.
