Dynavector Karat 17DX Phono Cartridge

The Karat 17DX continues Dynavector's long-running Karat series, built on what the brand calls its dispersion theory, with a solid brass body and samarium-cobalt magnets chosen for lower magnetic resistance. Successor to the Karat 17D3; no mono version currently offered.

It combines Dynavector's Flux Damper and Softened Magnetism technologies, aiming for a ruler-flat response and highly accurate tracking with minimal coloration.

Low output only.

Moving coil design with no field-replaceable stylus; a worn cartridge is sent back to Dynavector or the distributor for a full rebuild rather than a stylus swap.
