Linn Klimax DSM

The Klimax DSM is Linn's reference network music player and preamplifier, built from first principles around Linn's own Organik DAC, which Linn describes as controlling every stage of digital to analogue conversion through a combination of FPGA processing and discrete conversion stages.

It includes Linn's Space Optimisation room correction and Exakt time alignment, with an Utopik power supply built around a soft-switching resonant tank circuit, in a chassis machined from solid aluminium. No built in power amp; this is the digital front end for a system built around Linn power amps or Exakt active speakers.

Two Exakt Link connections let it drive a Klimax LP12, Urika II phono stage, an Exaktbox, or Exakt enabled speakers directly, alongside the usual analogue and digital inputs.
