Moon 491 Network Player/Preamplifier

The 491 is Simaudio's entry point into the Compass Collection, bringing network playback, preamplification, digital to analog conversion, phono playback, and headphone listening into one component.

Dual ESS 9039Q2M converters run in a dual-mono configuration, backed by Simaudio's MOON Hybrid Power (MHP) supply and a configurable MM/MC phono stage, with the same black chassis and bead-blasted aluminum cheeks used throughout the Compass line.
