McIntosh MC312 Power Amplifier

A step up in headroom from the MC152. Compared to its predecessor, doubled filter capacitance gives 27 percent more dynamic headroom, from 1.8dB to 2.3dB, and its Autoformers sit in glass-topped enclosures that show the wiring diagram, straddling the power transformer. Power Guard, Sentry Monitor and Solid Cinch gold-plated binding posts carry over from the rest of the line.
