McIntosh MCD12000 SACD/CD Player

McIntosh describes this as a reference-level DAC that also happens to include reference-level SACD and CD playback, rather than a conventional CD player. Dual ESS Sabre Pro ES9038PRO DACs, one per channel, use ESS's HyperStream II architecture with a Time Domain Jitter Eliminator, and a hybrid output stage offers a choice between vacuum tube and solid state analogue outputs.

Fixed output only; it needs an external preamp.
